蘋果在台灣時間今(10)日凌晨1時點舉辦秋季新品發表會，一口氣推出Apple TV、iPad Pro及外界高度關注的iPhone 6S與 iPhone 6S Plus，一如先前的預期，新增玫瑰金新色之外，3D Touch功能及相機功能大進化，前相機畫素增達1200萬畫素，支援4K錄影，執行長庫克(Tim Cook)宣稱是「歷年最先進的iPhone」，不過，在外觀上幾乎與前一代一樣，尺寸維持4.7吋及5.5吋，為避免再發生彎曲門事件，採用7000系列鋁合金機殼。

在蘋果發表會前，全球果粉、法人及投資人都高度關切蘋果會端出什麼驚喜，尤其是iPhone 6S、iPhone 6S Plus在正式亮相前，各種規格、顏色功能傳聞滿天飛，結果出爐，竟然與外傳相差不遠，蘋果給了進化版的Force Touch取了新名字「3D Touch」，成為這次新機的重要亮點之一。

相機升級也是一大亮點，1200萬畫素iSight主相機，自動對焦更準，採雙暖色補光燈，同時加入先進畫素處理技術，可讓相片雜訊降至最少，不管是人像、動物或是風景照片，顏色及細節都更好，前相機畫素達500萬畫素，支援4K攝影，6S Plus更加入OIS光學防手震功能。

其他規格部分，iPhone 6S、iPhone 6S Plus採用A9 處理器，效能比A8快70?圖形處理器比A8快90?另外還整合M9協同處理器，採用第二代Touch ID指紋辨識系統，辨識速度更快。
